Your Partners in Recovery

We believe addiction is not a moral failing.
It is a medical condition.

Clinic4RECOVERY was founded on one belief: that people struggling with opioid addiction deserve a physician who actually shows up for them. Not for a few minutes. For years.

For over thirteen years, patients have come to us at their lowest. They stayed because we treated them like human beings. When they were ready to leave—when their lives were rebuilt—we celebrated. That is the point.

The Philosophy

The Dash

Between the date a patient walks in and the date they walk out for the last time, there is a dash. A line between two dates. It looks small on paper.

But that dash is where everything happens. That dash is Mark reconnecting with his daughters. Amy cutting her hair and starting over at fifty. Ernest making a bucket list for the first time in his life.

The medication gives you the dash. We are here for every day of it.

Recovery Story

Mark

Surviving Trauma, Finding Peace

Three decades of pain, two daughters he’d lost access to, and a fall from twenty feet that introduced him to opioids. Mark came to us when he had nowhere left to go. Today he takes his girls fishing.

Recovery Story

Amy

One Day at a Time, One Year at a Time

Two divorces, her mother’s death, and four years of chasing pills. Amy arrived exhausted and just wanted the chaos to stop. She turned 50 in recovery, celebrated with her children, and called it a new beginning.

Ernest

The Process

Simple. Structured. Supportive.

1

Call or Contact Us

Reach out by phone or our contact form. A staff member responds the same business day. No long intake process. Just a conversation.

2

Your First Visit

A comprehensive first appointment with your physician. We learn your story, not just your symptoms. You leave with a plan and a prescription.

3

Monthly Check-Ins

We see patients every 28 days. Same physician. Same familiar faces. Between visits, our staff is available for calls, questions, and support.

4

Build Your Life

As you stabilize, we coach you toward the next chapter: work, family, health, purpose. When you’re ready to go, we are proud of you.

Transparent & Accessible

We Are a Self-Pay Practice.

Our monthly visit fee is affordable and straightforward. There are no insurance forms, no prior authorizations for appointments, and no bureaucracy between you and your care.

Your medications are often covered by insurance. Our staff handles every prior authorization on your behalf. You focus on your recovery. We handle the paperwork.

We found that when patients have skin in the game — when care has a small cost — they show up. They engage. They recover. That’s the point. — Dr. K

How It Works

Visits are by appointment only. Call us to discuss fees and availability. We believe cost should never be the reason someone doesn’t get help — call us and we will work with you.

Our Approach

We don’t treat addiction.
We treat people.

Recovery isn’t about working a program. It’s about building a life. The medication opens the cell door. We help people figure out where to go next.

Most MAT clinics see you for a few minutes, write a prescription, and move on. We do not work that way. We see you every month, for as long as you need, with the same physician who knows your name and your story.
